Color Variation Disclaimer

We make every effort to display artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that slight variations between what you see on your screen and the final printed or original artwork are normal and not considered defects.

5. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including shipping details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy

Prints (Returns & Exchanges)

Prints may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns and exchanges

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged Items

All artwork is packaged with care; however, damage during transit may occur.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and original packaging

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Disclaimer: We are not liable for damage caused by third-party shipping carriers (including USPS and UPS), though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:

  • Verify the shipping address entered at checkout

  • Check with neighbors and your local carrier

If an incorrect address was provided:

  • We are not responsible for replacement

  • If the package is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense

Original Artwork

All original paintings are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
